What exactly do I get for £649?
Your chosen design adapted with your wording, logo, images and business details, then launched on fast managed hosting with SSL, a working contact form, basic on-page SEO and analytics. First-year hosting is included. It is a fixed-scope service, not a quote.
Is this a template I download?
No. You never touch code or a site builder. You pick a starting point, send us your content, and Mapletree finishes and launches the site for you.
What happens after the first year?
Renewal is £149/year from year two. That covers hosting, uptime checks, security and dependency upkeep, one small content update per quarter, and contact form support. No surprise increases hidden in the small print.
How long does it take?
Most sites are live within 10–14 days of us receiving your complete content — wording, logo, images and domain access. The clock starts when the content arrives, not when you pay.
Do you write the copy for me?
You supply the wording and we tidy it — fixing typos, trimming length and making headings work. Copywriting from scratch is not included, but a copy polish is available as an add-on from £195.
Can you change the design's colours and fonts?
Colours, yes — we adapt the palette to your logo and brand. Layout and typography stay close to the original design. That discipline is what keeps the quality high and the price fixed. If you need something fully bespoke, that is a mapletree.studio project.
Do I need my own domain?
Ideally, yes. If you already own one, we connect it as part of setup. If not, we will point you to where to buy one (usually £10–25/year, paid by you) and handle the technical connection.
How many revisions do I get?
One round of revisions is included after you see the preview. Additional rounds are £95 each. Fixed scope is what makes the price possible.
Can I add a shop, bookings or a blog later?
Not within the £649 scope. Booking and payment integrations are quoted separately, and bigger builds graduate to a bespoke Mapletree project. We will always tell you honestly which side of that line your idea sits on.
Will my site rank on Google?
We set up clean on-page SEO: titles, descriptions, sitemap, fast load times and proper structure. We do not promise rankings — anyone who does is selling you something. Ongoing SEO campaigns are outside this service.
Who owns the website?
Your content, brand and domain are always yours. The underlying design remains Mapletree's and is licensed to your business while hosting is active — that is what lets us keep improving the designs for everyone.
What if my business is a poor fit?
We review every reservation before payment. If your needs do not match the fixed scope, we will say so and suggest the right route instead — sometimes that is a bespoke project, sometimes it is not us at all.
